At this time, due to switching the location of our Azure services, Messaging Studio and our Rich Messaging APIs are fully functional, and we are continuing to work to restore full functionality for Studio Chat. It should be noted that the Azure incident is ongoing, and carries some risk of further disruption; we are of course doing everything we can to stay ahead of this and will keep this channel updated.

Users of our rich messaging platform may be experiencing higher than expected latency, timeouts or HTTP 500 errors; this is as a result of a supplier (Azure) issue that is being addressed. In the meantime we are moving our services to an alternative location to restore service, and will provide an update when full service has been resumed.
