The date for our proposed future maintenance has been changed. Esendex will now be performing the scheduled maintenance on 23rd September 2017 between 21:00 and 22:00 UTC (22:00 and 23:00 BST).

The maintenance which was previously scheduled for 9th September 2017 has been cancelled.

Esendex has taken the decision to change the date of the maintenance due to delays from hardware suppliers.

New date and time: September 23rd 21:00 UTC
Services affected: All Esendex services
Impact: Any messages submitted during this window may fail and should be resubmitted after the maintenance is complete. Inbound messages will queue and be delivered after the maintenance period.

All messages that have been scheduled for today will be sent with a delay this evening.

Identified - We are still experiencing technical issues with sending and cancelling scheduled messages. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue and we expect to be fully operational again soon.
