Identified - At this time, due to switching the location of our Azure services, Messaging Studio and our Rich Messaging APIs are fully functional, and we are continuing to work to restore full functionality for Studio Chat. It should be noted that the Azure incident is ongoing, and carries some risk of further disruption; we are of course doing everything we can to stay ahead of this and will keep this channel updated.

Investigating - Users of our rich messaging platform may be experiencing higher than expected latency, timeouts or HTTP 500 errors; this is as a result of a supplier (Azure) issue that is being addressed. In the meantime we are moving our services to an alternative location to restore service, and will provide an update when full service has been resumed. Resolved - Vodafone Australia have resolved their outage and normal two-way sending has resumed. Our testing has shown that inbound messages sent to Vodafone Australia during the outage have been received by our systems.

Identified - Vodafone Australia are currently suffering an outage that is affecting our connection to them. Although we are routing outbound mobile traffic via our other Australian routes any messages to Virtual Mobile Numbers (VMNs) hosted by Vodafone Australia are not being sent to us. Vodafone are actively working on the issue and we currently expect any messages sent to VMNs during the outage to be processed once the incident is resolved.
